I haven't been caught by the flickr bug yet, but I can't imagine that it's any easier than Hello by Picasa. SO long as you are using a blogger blog (flickr might not hava that catch) you select a picture, type a caption and hit Enter.
I didn't see you photo, but I see mine. . .
